B2B Terms of Business

These Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern all trade purchases made through the UK Pickleball Shop B2B Portal (“Portal”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

  • The Portal is available exclusively to bona fide trade customers, including clubs, leisure facilities, and distributors.

  • We reserve the right to request proof of business status and may decline or suspend access at our discretion.


2. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Minimum order values may apply and will be communicated on the Portal or at checkout.

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by UK Pickleball Shop.

  • We reserve the right to amend prices, discontinue products, or correct errors without prior notice.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the point of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and bank transfer.

  • Where credit terms have been agreed, late payments may incur interest and recovery costs as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.


4. Delivery

  • Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods remains with UK Pickleball Shop until full payment has been received.

  • Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout or invoiced separately.


5. Returns & Damages

  • Returns will only be accepted for goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.

  • You must notify us within 3 working days of receipt if goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • All returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and authorised in advance by UK Pickleball Shop.


6. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Pickleball Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or goodwill.

  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total price of the goods supplied under the relevant order.


7. General

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on the Portal and will apply to all subsequent orders.

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
